Synopsis
Francisco Ariztía works in his house-workshop in Lisbon, Portugal. The painter has lived there since the 1970s. His son, Francisco "Xico" Ariztía, films him closely as he creates. The film interweaves Francisco's artistic process with his biography. It includes his collaborations with avant-garde artists like Roberto Matta and Raúl Ruiz. Caminero presents an intimate portrait of a father and son, focused on their relationship and the artist's work.
