A sunny day at a park overlooking a lake sets the scene for Bokanowski's film, which features everyday activities such as rowing, volleyball, and horseback riding. Using an array of pinholes, mirrors, and prisms, the film distorts these mundane moments into fractured images. The visuals evoke the vibrant colors of Vincent van Gogh, transforming simple leisure into a dynamic display of shape-shifting textures and abstract forms. The six-minute piece revisits themes from Bokanowski's earlier work, La Plage.
