Synopsis

Herlinda, a Purepecha potter in Mexico, uses alternative lead-free glazes in her pottery, a rare choice among local artisans. Many in her community continue to use lead-based glazes, unaware of the health risks involved. While Herlinda has improved her family's living conditions, she struggles to find a market for her work. Despite these challenges, she dreams of a thriving shop and hopes her brothers will return from the United States to continue the family tradition.
