Synopsis
Stu Mac trains intensely in Scotland as he prepares for the World Bodybuilding Finals in Las Vegas. At 33, he is the only professional male bodybuilder in Scotland affiliated with the WBFF Bodybuilders Federation. His partner, 23-year-old Sophie, is the only professional female in her class from Scotland. They follow a strict regimen of six large meals daily. The film examines how their rigorous training impacts their health and relationship while they build a social media presence with 150,000 followers.
