Synopsis
Sergione, a 260 kg tattoo artist from Bosco Grande in Palermo, spends his days outside his mother's house, caught in a cycle of drugs and partying. Once a punk icon who resisted mafia culture in the 1980s, he shares his tragicomic stories with Giuseppe Schillaci, who often visits his hometown. After a brief stay at a specialized center for super-obese individuals, Sergione escapes, returning to his old life and embracing a philosophy of 'Live fast, die young,' while struggling with addiction and despair.
