Synopsis

Consumerism drives an extensive network of production and consumption, often hidden from public view. "Beautiful Things" examines the lives of workers in four isolated industrial sites, where men operate machinery in silence, contributing to the creation and distribution of everyday objects. These locations, characterized by steel and concrete, serve as modern temples of production, where repetitive tasks fuel a cycle of consumption that many remain unaware of. Directed by Giorgio Ferrero, the film highlights the often-overlooked labor behind the items that define contemporary life.
