Seth Swirsky, a songwriter and lifelong Beatles fan, began filming in 2005 to capture personal stories about the band. Over eight years, he interviewed more than 110 individuals, including Sir Ben Kingsley, Graham Nash, and John Lennon's former assistant Fred Seaman. The documentary, "Beatles Stories," premiered in Paris on April 3, 2011, and later screened at various festivals, including the Newport Beach International Film Festival. A DVD release followed in June 2012, featuring additional interviews and commentary.
