Synopsis

Maria Aparecida and Sueli face serious consequences for minor thefts in Brazil. Maria was arrested for stealing R$ 24.00 worth of shampoo and conditioner, losing sight in one eye during her time in prison. Sueli attempted to take R$ 30.00 worth of cheese and crackers, resulting in nearly two years behind bars. Sônia Drigo, a lawyer, volunteers to defend both women against these charges. The film runs for 52 minutes and was released in 2010.
