In Rio Grande do Sul, Izanete opposes agribusiness while producing ecological milk and bread for school meals. Efigênia finds therapy in gardening and independence in Minas Gerais. Maria dos Santos reflects on the fight for land tenure and gender equality in the quilombola areas of Bahia. The film presents four initiatives rooted in solidarity economy, cooperativism, feminism, and agroecology.
