Synopsis

District 6 in Cape Town was home to South Africa's first opera company, Eoan. Founded during the apartheid regime, the company faced significant challenges. Interviews with former members reveal their experiences. The documentary includes photos, newspaper clippings, sound recordings, and archive footage of performances and street scenes.
