Synopsis
Dave Gorman travels across America in 2007, avoiding all corporate chains. He stays clear of Holiday Inns, Best Westerns, and Comfort Suites. Gorman refuels at local gas stations instead of Shell, Arco, or BP. He eats at independent diners, bypassing McDonald's and Starbucks. His aim is to support small businesses and experience local culture. The documentary runs for 76 minutes and is directed by Stef Wagstaffe.
