Jewher and Abduweli expose Uyghur atrocities after fleeing China for the US and Istanbul.

Synopsis

Jewher, a Uyghur teen from China, arrives in the US after being violently separated from her father at the Beijing airport. Meanwhile, Abduweli, a linguist and poet who faced imprisonment and torture for teaching the Uyghur language, escapes to Istanbul following his release. Together, they connect with survivors of China's 're-education camps' and their families across Turkey, Kazakhstan, Europe, and the United States. Their mission is to expose the atrocities faced by the Uyghur people, aiming to raise global awareness and inspire change.
