Synopsis

Ludwig Koch, a pioneer in sound recording, fled to England after being suspected by the Nazis of involvement in the Reichstag fire. In England, he focused on capturing birdsong. The documentary combines contemporary visuals with Koch's sound archives to retrace his life and work.
