Synopsis

Adrian trains at the elite state ballet school in Berlin. He dreams of becoming a ballet star. Over eight years, director Manuel Fenn follows Adrian from childhood through puberty. Adrian's father, a bulldozer operator, does not support his son's ambitions. The film captures Adrian's challenges and determination in pursuing his passion for ballet. It presents a personal account of dedication and family dynamics in a demanding environment. The documentary runs for 90 minutes and was released in 2010.
