Synopsis
Jan Broberg, a young girl from Idaho, was kidnapped by her neighbor Robert Berchtold in the 1970s. The first abduction occurred when she was just 12 years old. Berchtold manipulated Jan's family, gaining their trust before taking her twice. The documentary features interviews with Jan Broberg, who recounts her experiences. Directed by Skye Borgman, Abducted in Plain Sight was produced by Top Knot Films and released on Netflix in 2019.
