Synopsis
On a mountain in Nepal, a traveler contemplates the challenges of solo travel. Directed by Brook Silva-Braga, "A Map For Saturday" follows several individuals over the course of one year as they visit 20 countries. Some participants volunteer in Thailand to help tsunami victims, while others stay in guesthouses in Nepal. Each traveler shares their personal reasons for embarking on their journeys. The film runs for 90 minutes and was released in 2007.
