Synopsis
On May 1, 2002, Sintel workers gather at the 'Camp of Hope' on Avenida de la Castellana in Madrid. After the privatization and closure of Sintel, a subsidiary of Telefónica, 1,800 employees face unemployment. A year later, they begin a 10-day march to Madrid, covering 200 kilometers to demand their jobs back and accountability for broken promises. Directed by Aymar del Amo, the documentary premiered at the San Sebastian Film Festival in 2003 and details the workers' struggles and determination.
