John Lennon spent significant time in New York City after the Beatles disbanded. "LennoNYC," directed by Michael Epstein, features interviews with Yoko Ono, Elton John, and members of the Elephant's Memory band. The film includes previously unreleased recordings from the "Double Fantasy" sessions, home movies, and concert footage. It also follows Lennon during his "lost weekend" in Los Angeles, capturing key moments of his personal and creative life from 1970 to 1980.
