
Nate Gold
Nate Gold is a critically acclaimed Director/DP and Producer with a passion for bringing to the screen diverse stories and perspectives. He was born in Los Angeles and raised in Prague, Czech Republic right after the fall of communism during a time of cultural rebirth. Because of his adventurous upbringing, Nate developed a unique eye for international storytelling. He honed his craft at the USC School of Cinematic Arts before diving into the industry, building a roster of high-profile clients including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Warner Bros, Vogue, to name a few. Nate's films have been celebrated at over 50 international film festivals, including two consecutive years at the Sundance Film Festival. Notably, he co-created and DPed the feature film "VHYES," shot entirely on VHS and Betamax, featuring comedic performances by Tim Robbins, Susan Surandon, Kerri Kenney and Thomas Lennon. Additionally, as the producer and DP of award winning "SCORE: A Film Music Documentary," Nate's work has been shown in theaters internationally and topped the charts as the #1 doc on iTunes for months, celebrated by critics and audiences alike, and earning awards and recognition as one of the top-ranking music documentaries.
