The film was written and directed by Mitra Sen and produced by Sandalwood Productions in collaboration with Harmony Movement and CBC. It emphasizes the voices of children advocating for understanding and celebration of differences, ultimately encouraging their parents to embrace diversity together. The Peace Tree was screened at over 50 film festivals and received twelve international awards, reflecting its impact on audiences and its message of peace.
