Scrap is a Canadian documentary directed by Stacey Tenenbaum, released in 2022. The film profiles individuals globally who find new uses for abandoned scrap objects, such as living in discarded vehicles or transforming scrap into art and building materials. Tenenbaum began production in 2019, capturing a diverse range of stories that illustrate the creativity and resourcefulness of these individuals. The film premiered at the 2022 Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival and was later acquired for broadcast on the Documentary Channel and CBC Gem. It received two nominations at the 11th Canadian Screen Awards in 2023, recognizing Katerine Giguère for Best Cinematography and Ramachandra Borcar for Best Original Music in a Documentary.
