The film follows Bulgarian mountain runner Kiril Nikolov, also known as Disl, as he attempts to break a record by running 600 km along the Kom-Emine trail in Bulgaria. The trail stretches from the peak of Kom in the west to Cape Emine on the Black Sea coast. Throughout this intense run, Nikolov faces steep terrain, heavy rain, and muddy paths, which test his physical and mental limits. Over the course of less than five days, the documentary captures Nikolov's struggle with physical pain and mental fatigue. It provides insight into the endurance required for such an extreme sport and the personal commitment involved in attempting to set a new record.
