Pearl Jam Twenty is a documentary directed by Cameron Crowe that chronicles the history of the band Pearl Jam, beginning with the demise of Mother Love Bone. The film includes extensive footage, utilizing 12,000 hours of material, and covers significant events such as the band's battle against Ticketmaster and the tragedy at the Roskilde Festival in 2000. The film premiered at the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival and was released theatrically in select US cinemas in September 2011. It aired on PBS' American Masters on October 21, 2011, and was released on DVD and Blu-ray shortly after on October 24, 2011. An accompanying book by Jonathan Cohen was published alongside the film's release.
