Mansfield 66/67 is a documentary musical that focuses on the last two years of actress Jayne Mansfield's life, particularly her relationship with Anton LaVey and the circumstances surrounding her death in 1967. The film combines modern-day interviews with celebrities, historians, and psychologists, alongside archival footage of Mansfield's performances and animations. It presents a narrative that intertwines her career with the rumors and myths that have developed around her life and death. The documentary was conceived by P. David Ebersole and Todd Hughes after their narrative project was not produced. Over 100 students and staff from Leeds Beckett University contributed to the film's production, which was released theatrically in North America for Halloween 2017 and in the UK in April 2018. The film's soundtrack features various artists and was released in the same year as the film.
