The documentary presents disturbing footage of dead, dying, and injured dogs, revealing the neglect and abuse occurring at the kennel. As a result of the evidence collected, federal authorities permanently shut down Martin Creek Kennel. The film serves as a critical examination of animal welfare issues and the practices surrounding the sale of dogs for research purposes.
