Colombia: Wild Magic is a documentary that presents the biodiversity of Colombia through a narrative that contrasts various ecosystems. The film features locations such as Malpelo Island, where hammerhead sharks are filmed, and Utría National Park, known for the annual arrival of humpback whales. Other notable sites include the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and the Amazon jungle, showcasing the country's rich natural heritage. Directed by Mike Slee and produced by the Ecoplanet Foundation and Éxito Group, the film captures 20 ecosystems across 85 locations. It includes footage of 38 species, such as jaguars and cotton-top tamarins, and aims to raise awareness of Colombia's environmental issues while celebrating its unique wildlife.
