What iWonder is

iWonder is operated by iwonder Pte Ltd. We provide documentary discovery and catalogue information, links to other services, third-party video embeds, and our licensed Plus streaming catalogue. A catalogue listing does not mean a film is available to stream through iWonder.

Plus films and associated materials are provided under our rights agreements. This is distinct from a YouTube embed: that uses YouTube's official player, with the embedded video delivered by YouTube and subject to its platform controls.

A link, embed or listing is not a representation that iWonder owns the underlying work. We consider source information and rights concerns separately from whether a video or image is technically accessible.

How we assess sources

We use uploader information and source records to assess third-party videos. Where an uploader is the rights holder — a production company, filmmaker, distributor, broadcaster or recognised archive — we record that. Where we cannot establish it, we do not claim otherwise.

Embedding permission is not a substitute for considering a rights complaint. We respect technical restrictions and assess any alternative link separately.

Sending us a notice

Contact our designated agent using the details above. For image and other non-video complaints, email copyright@iwonder.com. For video complaints, you may also use the form below. A successful form submission displays a reference number. We review notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to disputed material, a link or an embedded player. We may ask for information needed to assess a claim.

To help us act quickly, please include:

• the specific material and its location on iWonder, including page and image or video URLs where available
• the work you hold rights in
• who you are, and whether you are the rights holder or an authorised agent
• your contact details, including an address, telephone number and email address where available
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
• a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act, made under penalty of perjury
• your physical or electronic signature

A notice missing some of these is still worth sending — we would rather hear from you and come back with questions than not hear from you at all.

Repeat sources

We consider repeated notices and whether the evidence supports action beyond an individual item. Where appropriate, we restrict links or embeds from a source and record the decision for subsequent review. A complaint about one work does not, by itself, establish that every work from the same source is unauthorised.

The video is also on YouTube

Removing our link or player stops us pointing anyone at the video, but it does not remove the upload from YouTube. If you want the upload taken down as well as delisted from iWonder, send YouTube a request too. The two are independent, and you do not need to wait for us.
